Smiths Doubling Deals

Smiths (confirmed in Utah) is doubling coupons up to $1 until 8/4. This doubling deal is a little different then Albies. When your coupon is scanned it is automatically doubled up to a $1, but if its going to give you overage it will just take off the amount that would make it FREE. I hope that makes sense.
